Paul has worked at the most senior levels in FinTech for over 30 years and has a strong track record in delivering shareholder value, as well as building successful management teams.
Previously, Paul was instrumental in setting up the first UK consumer comparative supermarket and he founded The Exchange – the original UK trading platform for IFAs and insurers.
Chief Capital Officer
Jamie is a highly experienced financial services professional with over 25 years’ service in investment banking, venture capital and private equity.
Previously, Jamie was a senior adviser to Apollo Global Management on European Life Insurance, and for 19 years, he was a senior MD at UBS in a range of client-facing roles.
Chief Financial Officer
Peter has over 20 years’ experience as a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a background in finance, consulting and strategic planning within financial services.
Previously, Peter worked in senior positions at Barclays in the UK, Canada, Singapore and Australia.
Chief Marketing and Innovations Officer
Nick has over 30 years of strategic marketing experience, working with and for financial services organisations and start-up businesses.
Previously, Nick was Marketing Director at Barclays Retail Investment and Chief Executive Officer at Bakehouse Communications.
Chief Technology Officer
Ben is a senior technology professional, with 30 years’ experience in FinTech and financial services, covering start-ups, SMEs and corporate environments, including roles as CTO for Post Office Money and First Rate Exchange Limited.
With a background in developing and driving IT and Digital Strategies to transform businesses, Ben has a strong track record of applying cutting-edge technology to disrupt highly regulated markets.
Chief Distribution Officer
Jason has over 30 years of Financial Services distribution experience, working across diverse markets including; banking, finance, assistance, insurance and memberships. He has extensive product development and relationship management experience.
His track record includes significant periods of working creatively to deliver new sales solutions in existing markets and working closely with disruptors. He is also skilled at the implementation of substantial account management growth through multi-sales strategies.
Previously, Jason was Sales Director at AXA Partners.
