What has happened to free2 Limited?

We are in the process of further improving and re-structuring our attractive loan products. While we are going through this process, we will not be writing any new loans until the early part of 2022. Please contact us via one of the methods below if you wish to discuss partnership opportunities with free2.

Do I still need to repay my loan?

If you are an existing borrower, we are happy to confirm that there will be no changes to your loan agreement which is held between yourself and the lender RS Consumer Finance Limited. Loan enquires will be dealt with by RS Consumer Finance, Appointed Representative, Ampla Finance on our behalf.

What will happen if I haven’t repaid my loan?

If you were unable to repay your loan you will need to contact Ampla Finance, by Telephone: 0800 009 6590, Email: customerservices@free2.com or Free2Support@AmplaFinance.com to discuss your current repayment options, your credit file will continue to reflect your outstanding loan as being in default.

Can I take out a new loan or add additional funds to my existing loan?
